We are looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help with handyman repairs, in getting homes to get ready to sell, house painting, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are also looking for an office secretary.

They would be performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office. We are looking for a few AirBnB cleaners to add to the staff as well.

  • We are looking for a full-time person. 

  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, sometimes later.

  • Weekends and/or holidays included, we are year-round. 

  • Starting at 14.00 per hour with opportunity to make more depending on experience and how well you train.

  • Must have a smart phone.

  • Must have own transportation. This is a nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok, you need your own reliable transportation.

  • This can be a very fast paced job and changes to the schedule can occur and if you are not comfortable with this, we may not be the place for you. Ability to show up on time, every time is absolute necessity, other crew members rely on it. We can be very flexible about schedule, but, as we work on a tight timeline, it is a problem if you are not consistent.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks in residential or commercial settings.

  • General repairs, preparing homes to sell, house painting, occasional yard work, and other handyman projects.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working on different types of property maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use a variety of tools are important.

Airbnb Cleaner

We’re looking for an extremely detail-oriented person to help prepare Airbnb properties and homes for guests and sale.

  • Responsibilities may include Airbnb changeovers, cleaning homes for sale, laundry, minor repairs, house painting, and occasional yard work.
  • We are looking for a full-time person who is available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Changeovers happen seven days a week, so some weekend and holiday availability may be required.
  • Ability to perform every listed task is not required to apply, but additional skills are a bonus.
  • A smartphone and your own reliable transportation are required.
  • You will work at multiple locations during the day, so being dropped off at work is not an option.
  • This can be a fast-paced role and schedules can change depending on guest turnovers.
  • Being on time and dependable is essential because other team members rely on you.
